Does it work on a phone?
Most of your customers open your site on a phone. We look at what they actually see and whether they can call you with one tap.
Do enquiries reach you?
We send a test message through your contact form or booking and check that it arrives. An enquiry that quietly gets lost is a lost customer.
Is the site secure and up to date?
Does the browser say “not secure”, is the certificate valid and when does it expire, is the software up to date and is there a backup.
Does Google find your business?
We search for you the way a customer would and tell you what comes up — and what doesn’t. We also check that each language version can be found in search.
The audit covers the check, up to an hour of small fixes (for example a software update after a backup, broken links, typos) and a summary: what is fine, what is worth fixing and what is urgent. For the fixes we need access to the site’s admin. If bigger work turns out to be needed, we make a separate quote — it commits you to nothing.

Before you ask
The questions we get asked most often.
What happens to my current domain and email?
They stay yours and keep working as before. Only the website changes. If the domain is registered in someone else’s name, we help you get it into yours.
Do I have to do anything myself?
You send us what you have: texts, images, logo, price list. Anything missing we ask for specifically. Before publishing you review the site — that is your only required step.
What if I don’t like the result?
You see the site before publishing and tell us what to change. It goes public only when it suits you. Your old site keeps working until then.
Can the site be in other languages too?
Yes. Most often that is Russian or English, but we do what you need. We handle the translation and a native speaker checks that it reads naturally. Each language version is set up so search engines can find it.
How much does it cost?
The prices are on this page: the audit, maintenance and a new website. We give the exact price of a new site after the audit as one fixed amount — before we start anything, and it does not change afterwards. No VAT is added.
Why check a website every year?
A site can quietly break without anyone noticing: a certificate expires, an update breaks the contact form or enquiries get lost on the way. From the outside it looks fine, but customers can’t reach you. Nobody waits for a car’s brakes to fail either.

What we do with your details
We use what you send in this form only to reply to you.
We store the site address, your email or phone, the message, the language, the referring page and a hash of your IP address. The hash is there to stop spam.
We never pass them on and we don’t send newsletters.
